The Samsung phone will soon be released in Europe, but the price at which it will come out is not yet known.

Cingular Wireless which is a major telecom player in the United States is all set to launch the HSDPA at 7.2Mbps, the fastest we have seen so far. This service is due to start from January of 2007. It is although not certain if this speed will be the end user speed provided or just a theoretical number provided. All indications say that it could very high speeds that the consumer may enjoy. Telstra which is based in Australia is also set to begin with a similar service for its consumer base in that region.

The advantage of this service will the usage of such a high speed connection on your laptops using a PCMCIA slot.
